- Read quran and learn it's meaning.
- Solat (solah) in the 3rd quarter of each night. There are many that we can do; Istikharah, Tasbih, Taubah etc.
- Practice fasting. It helps to reduce your tendency towards immoral behaviour.
- Mix with good mukminin. Those who not led astray by their surroundings.
- Zikrullah as many as you can when you get a chance. While driving, reading, classes etc.

Medicine for your inner feelings
There are many ways for a person to claim their inner peace. Some might listen to relaxing music, taking a long shower etc. For me as a muslim, we have five disciplines that when we really hang on to it, we can have total control to our thinking and actions which leads to total inner peace.
